GINGER AGNI BOOSTER
VEGAN / GLUTEN-FREE / SATTVIC
This ancient remedy helps to boost immunity and keep our agni (digestive fire / metabolism) strong and healthy. When agni is balanced we are able to digest food, absorb nutrients, and expel toxins from our system. When agni is weak we are tired, experience indigestion, and our toxic load increases. Our ability to not only digest, but assimilate our food is what is responsible for building healthy tissue and literally creates our body by feeding our cells.

INGREDIENTS:
Fresh ginger (one medium hunk of ginger should do it)
Fresh lime or lemon juice (1 lime of lemon)
Himalayan pink salt (or whatever salt you have on hand)
DIRECTIONS:
Thinly slice fresh peeled ginger into small slices (about 20). Put into a small glass jar or tuperwear along with the juice from 1/2 of a lime or lemon, or until ginger pretty much covered in juice. Add a pinch of salt and stir to combine. Thats it!
Chew and ingest 1-3 of these slices before meals (or after if you forget before) to help keep your digestion strong and to keep constipation, gas, bloating, and indigestion at bay. If you find that swallowing the ginger is too much and making you feel a bit fiery, just chew and ingest the juices and spit out the pulp.
